As a service to students and parents, the PTSA creates an annual directory of all Jefferson Road Elementary students.  In order for you to have access to the directory, you need to login and confirm or change your information each year.  Inclusion in the directory is optional. Information is collected online using the secure system Membership Toolkit (note: new vendor as of September 2019). The deadline to update information is Sept. 15, 2021. 

Note: Returning families must verify their information EVERY year.

Although the directory vendor is called Membership Toolkit, PTSA is not using it for membership. To pay your PTSA membership fees, please go to

New Families

  • This directory is for JRE only. Do not enter Middle School and High School students.

  • Use this link for New Families only.

  • If there are two addresses for a student use the "additional address" section. Do not complete two forms.

Returning Families

Do not sign up as a new family, as it causes duplication.

  • Families will receive an email from "My School Anywhere" before school starts with a link to their family profile.

  • The link is for JRE only. Do not enter Middle School and High School students through the link.

  • Check that your child’s new grade is listed correctly and enter the applicable teacher. Carefully check your address and contact information, making changes if needed.

  • Add Kindergarteners or additional children who did not attend JRE last year but will be attending this year.

  • Enter all children under the same family registration.

  • Email Katie Ward if you do not receive the link before school starts
